What is it?

The Provault Program at Counseling Professionals PLLC serves to provide equity to mental health service access in the community by providing clients compensation for participation in three sessions with one of our qualified intern providers and completing paperwork for intake and review for that provider.

  • And General Counseling (Not including Harm Risks)

How does it work?

  1. You will Reach out to Christine (referral coordinator above) or one of the ProVault providers below.

    1. You would let them know your topic of interest and availability

    2. You will be contacted back to see if there is availability to participate

  2. You will be sent intake information and documents to sign through our Medical Record System Therapy Notes as this is medical counseling

    1. All intake paperwork must be filled out before the first session

    2. No credit card or insurance information is needed for this program

    3. This is a new program, so if you see a balance, please notify Casey Kenny at CaseyKenny@CounselingProfessionalsPLLC.com and she will remove the balance as you are in this program.

  3. You will show up for three sessions scheduled with the provider at times that work for you

    1. Preferably weekly

    2. Must complete 3 sessions in full before June 2023

    3. No-shows may disqualify you from the program

    4. Canceling and rescheduling within 24 hours of a session is acceptable

  4. Once you have completed 3 sessions, you will fill out the feedback form

    1. The feedback form validates the completion of sessions and documentation

    2. A confirmation email will be provided stating that all conditions are met or what information is needed

    3. A check will be mailed out to the address on file with the Medical record system

  5. Compensation

    1. You will be compensated for 3 sessions, at a rate of $15 for each session.

    2. You will be compensated for all paperwork (intake and final provider assessment) for $15 dollars

    3. Total compensation is $60.

    4. No partial compensation will be allowed

    5. Participation must be approved by Counseling Professionals PLLC Program Director -Casey Kenny

    6. A Participant may only participate once

    7. Continued counseling services may be rendered under transitional terms discussed with your provider

  6. Disclaimers

  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

  • You must attend all 3 sessions and complete a feedback form about your experience with the program to receive compensation. Click here to access the form.

  • Many people may want to continue services after these 3 compensated sessions. You and your provider will discuss options regarding your schedule and session fees.

  • You are only allowed to participate in the compensation part of the program one time.

  • You agree to only 3 sessions under this program.

    • Termination after three sessions does not constitute abandonment.

  • If a higher level of care is needed the participant may be referred to appropriate levels of care outside of Counseling Professionals PLLC or to another provider for specific issues.

How do participants get paid?

  1. You will be compensated for 3 sessions, at a rate of $15 each session.

How do intern providers get paid?

Counseling Professionals PLLC values innovation, which includes having a program where graduate student interns to get paid during their internship! Interns are paid $150 a month through the program. They complete 10 hours a month of administration work at $15 an hour. They will get hands on experience creating feedback forms, working with CP providers, and learning more about the outpatient counseling field. Interns have the opportunity to get paid for sessions if Counseling Professionals PLLC is compensated for sessions.
